> Learn how regular users review, allocate to, and manage SeaBond vaults.

Vault participants are regular users who join vaults. You can browse, search, compare, review details and on-chain data, allocate capital, and manage your own vault allocation.

## What participants can do

* Review vault details, on-chain addresses, trading performance, and risk metrics
* Favorite public vaults
* Join private vaults with a valid invitation
* Allocate, add, or reduce capital
* Set and modify personal stop-loss
* Review PnL, fund flows, and exit progress
* Request exit when lock-up rules allow it

## What participants cannot do

* Create new vaults
* Modify public vault information or operating rules
* Change the vault strategy or operating rules
* View partner-only management data
* Stop or liquidate vaults

## Where to start

| Entry              | Purpose                                                                                                                      |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Vault marketplace | Browse public vaults by performance, size, risk, or category. |
| Vault details | Review vault profile, strategy description, historical performance, on-chain address, risk metrics, and participation rules. |
| My Vaults | Review your allocated vaults, allocation amount, PnL, fund flows, stop-loss, and exit status. |
| Private invitation | Join a private vault with a valid invite link or code. |

## What to check before allocating

| Metric                     | Meaning                                                        |
| -------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| TVL / managed capital | Total capital currently managed by the vault. |
| PnL | May include realized PnL, unrealized PnL, and total PnL. |
| Return / annualized return | Historical performance reference, not a future return promise. |
| Win rate | Historical trading outcome only; do not use it alone. |
| Max drawdown | Historical downside pressure and strategy volatility. |
| Leverage and margin usage | Risk exposure and liquidation pressure. |
| Profit share | Portion of profit that may be shared with the vault partner. |
| Lock-up period | Each allocation batch may have its own lock-up and exit rule. |

## Allocate to a vault

1. Open the vault marketplace or a vault details page.
2. Read the vault profile, historical data, on-chain information, risk notice, and participation rules.
3. Click **Allocate**.
4. Enter the amount and confirm minimum allocation, lock-up period, and profit-share rules.
5. Submit and wait for processing. Do not click repeatedly.
6. After success, review the result in **My Vaults**, fund flows, operation records, or notifications.

## Add, reduce, and exit

* **Add allocation**: increase your existing allocation. Each addition may become an independent batch with its own lock-up and exit rule.
* **Reduce allocation**: reduce part of your allocation when rules allow it.
* **Exit vault**: request exit when lock-up and exit rules are satisfied. Arrival time depends on actual system and on-chain processing.

<Warning>
  When reducing or exiting, the actual arrival time depends on on-chain and system processing. Network congestion, market volatility, and liquidation workflows may affect timing.
</Warning>

## Personal stop-loss

Personal stop-loss only affects your own vault allocation. It does not change the vault strategy and does not affect other participants.

Stop-loss execution is not guaranteed at the exact configured price. Market gaps, liquidity, network delay, or on-chain congestion may cause a different result.

## Common disabled-button reasons

* Insufficient balance
* Amount below the vault minimum
* Previous operation still processing
* Vault is full, stopped, or liquidating
* Invalid or expired private-vault invitation
* Account permission or regional restriction
* Form field error shown on the page

## Risk reminder

Vaults are not principal-protected products. Historical returns and performance curves do not represent future results. Allocate only after evaluating market volatility, leverage, liquidity, execution delay, and on-chain risks.
