Total allocation is the initial margin capital assigned to this copy trading rule, denominated in USDC.
When entering an amount, note that:
- it cannot be below the system minimum
- it cannot exceed your available USDC balance
- the page shows your current balance
- you can use the percentage slider to choose 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%
The minimum allocation is controlled by system configuration. The page will show a warning if your input is below the required minimum.
Balance and activation fee
If creating a copy trading rule requires a new copy trading sub-account, the system charges an additional 1 USDC activation fee from the main wallet.
The page shows a notice when this fee is required. The fee affects the maximum amount you can allocate, so you need to reserve it even if your wallet has enough USDC.
If there is an existing reusable copy trading account, the activation fee is usually not charged again.
